[Openid-specs-fapi] Draft Agenda for today's Atlantic Call

Apologies. I had to put the anti-trust statement on the agenda.
Also, I have added FAPI 2.0 issues in the agenda that we need to talk
about.
It is about reverting one of the changes we introduced after I-D 2 on which
formal analysis was done to I-D 2.
