[Openid-specs-fapi] PRs for FAPI2

Dear FAPI Working Group

Thank you to those who joined the productive call earlier today.
I've updated the remaining PRs and would welcome reviews this week with an
aim to merge on next week's call.

The PRs open for FAPI 2 Security Profile are:

   management and adjusting intros

   updates for MTLS section
   - https://bitbucket.org/openid/fapi/pull-requests/497 - clock skew
   clause and note updates


While the working group last call has taken slightly longer than
anticipated it has been very helpful to get thorough reviews of the
document from working group members.
