[Openid-specs-fapi] EU Payment Wallet/Open Banking - V2

The specification at https://digitallabor.berlin/draft-payment-presentation-profile.html suddenly disappeared without notice.

After some digging I found a replacement at https://github.com/digitallabor-berlin/eudiw-sca/blob/main/openbanking-r2s.md.

According to the current [*] specification:
- The Payee (merchant) requests a Payer "credential presentation"
- The Payer consents to this request through a biometric operation
- The Payee subsequently verifies(!) the received credential presentation
- The parties (Payer, Wallet, Payee, PISP, and Payer ASPSP), perform yet another set of confusing protocol steps and user interactions
- The Payee awaits return status

Apple Pay:
- The Payee requests the Payer to authorize a payment
- The Payer consents to this request through a biometric operation
- The Payee sends the received Payer authorization to a PSP/Payment Network for fulfillment
- The Payee awaits return status

Now we are waiting for the UK response.  Hopefully it gets a few points more than their Eurovision entry :)
