At least the links to FAPICIBA & FAPI2MS are to [openid.bitbucket.io](http://openid.bitbucket.io), as this isn’t a long term place we should probably make sure up to date versions of those specs are on [https://openid.net/specs/](https://openid.net/specs/) and link to them there instead.
