[Openid-specs-fapi] OBIE Wallet Interface

I understand if you consider my public "slashing" of the OBIE platform as ignorant or nasty.
However, that platforms outgrow their original scope is quite common and nothing to be ashamed about.
Anyway, the wallets are coming so some kind of response or plan seems to be called for.

My own research indicates that simply "refactoring" the current monolith should be sufficient:

You may wonder what this has to do with FAPI.  Well, the proposed refactoring introduces a new security layer as well.
