It is not essential, but having them as a suite with multi-parts might make it easier for readers to grasp the breadth of the documentation. 

If so, the document will become: 

* Part 1: Attacker model
* Part 2: Security profile
* Part 3: Message signing
* Part 4: Dynamic client registration
* etc. 

Also, would CIBA be positioned as one of the part?
