Since the EU Payment Wallet folks have [AFAICT...] nothing to hook into, I'm thinking about implementing the above as a PoC and reference.  The Core API is piece of cake, but the admin interface is not.   I wouldn't mind if somebody would be interested in helping me.

The "CBORized" version of Saturn will be used for concept verification.
