[Openid-specs-fapi] Final 2 PRs for FAPI 2.0 Security Profile

Dear FAPI Working Group

On the Atlantic call yesterday we dealt with most of the PRs outstanding
for FAPI 2.0. We now have 2 outstanding PRs that it would be great to get
approved this week so we can start the public review process.

*Key Compromise*
https://bitbucket.org/openid/fapi/pull-requests/514/diff - this is the
first part of the PR that we looked at yesterday with the correction of
changing "single use keys" to "single purpose keys". Based on the
discussion yesterday, the WG is in agreement with these changes and so if I
can have a few more approvals on the PR I will merge it in.

https://bitbucket.org/openid/fapi/pull-requests/516/diff - this is the
tricker change. I've reworded it based on the feedback yesterday and added
a reference to https://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc9068.html#name-introduction
. It would be great to get some feedback on the PR this week so that it can
be merged if there agreement on the call next week.
