[Openid-specs-fapi] CFPB Rulemaking Issued Thursday 10/19 for Comment

Hello FAPI WG

The US CFPB website has confirmed that the rulemaking has been released for comment by 12/29/23.

I suggest that the FAPI WG prepares to submit comments on or before 12/14/23 to ensure we have our comments in from our members before the holiday departures begin.

Who from the FAPI WG would like to be in the subgroup that prepares the comments for review by the full WG before submission?

I hope you can include this as an agenda item in the next FAPI WG Atlantic and Pacific calls, and let Mark and I know who plans to take part in the subgroup.
