[Openid-specs-fapi] MODRNA WG Issue #215 - CAMARA Project/New Use Case

As part of the newly established liaison agreement with the CAMARA Project, the engagement has now started and the MODRNA WG has received a new request that can be found in issue #215<https://bitbucket.org/openid/mobile/issues/215/android-carrier-openid-api>.

As the use case involves banking and user consent, I'm also copying the FAPI working group list.

I kindly ask you to review the issue and post any comments or feedback.
