[Openid-specs-fapi] FAPI2.0 Security Analysis Update

Building on the recent security analysis of the FAPI 2.0 Security Profile,
the formal model of FAPI 2.0 is extended by FAPI 2.0 Message Signing,
Dynamic Client Registration & Management, as well as FAPI-CIBA (in the
context of FAPI 2.0). To this end, a formal model of the aforementioned
components has been developed and (formal) security properties have been
defined, in particular for the new non-repudiation requirements of FAPI 2.0
Message Signing. Note that none of these properties has been proven yet.

The model is built such that all of the modeled components can "run" in
parallel, allowing, e.g., for grants with signed PARs and grants with
unsigned PARs within the same ecosystem, and even between the same parties,
to interleave with each other.
