[Openid-specs-fapi] Pandoc workflow status - practically complete

Dear FAPI WG members,

Thanks to Edmund Jay, now the new Pandoc workflow is basically complete.

It is complete with a collapsible menu.

I prefer serif font, but for the time being, it is turned into san-serif.
We may need to look for a suitable Universal Design font.

If it looks good enough, then I will apply the changes to the FAPI_1.0
repository so that the new workflow can be used.

FYI, the command I used to convert the source Markdown to HTML was:

pandoc --toc -c templates/site.css --template=templates/draft-template.html
-f markdown -t html -s --embed-resources -o
openid-financial-api-part-1-1_0.html openid-financial-api-part-1-1_0.md

It can be changed to other formats, e.g. epub, etc., just by switching the
-t selector.
