[Openid-specs-fapi] OBIE trustee recommendations

Hi all

Here’s an interesting report from the OBIE Trustee on the future of the UK ecosystem:

Of particular note is that she is recommending extending the requirement for conformance testing beyond the CMA9, but the other recommendations are also interesting.
