[Openid-specs-fapi] Implementers Drafts of FAPI 2.0

Dear FAPI Working Group

We discussed on the call today that we would like to start the process of
moving to the next implementers drafts for the FAPI 2.0 specs (security
profile, attacker model and message signing).

We have a few outstanding issues that we aim to close in the next week,
after which we will start the call.

Thank you to everyone for your contribution over the last few months as
we've worked on the specs to address the security analysis from the team at
the University of Stuttgart.
