[Openid-specs-fapi] WG Last call for the next implementer's draft of FAPI 2 Security Profile

Dear FAPI WG:

As many of you who are following the calls are aware, we are in the final
process towards starting the public review of the draft of the FAPI 2
Security Profile for another implementer's draft.

We have been in the process since the end of July but this mail will act as
the record of it in the form of the email archive.
