I presume the FAPI WG will submit, potentially with support from OIDF Board.

I hope you can add this to the next FAPI WG agenda for discussion on “new news” as we will not want to lose track of this over the holidays. Ideally we will have someone volunteer to be lead editor of the submission to CFPB. The submission can reference the whitepapers by Dave and Dima for depth of context, but I presume will need a suitable cover note tailored to the US market.
