[Openid-specs-fapi] Final Comments due TODAY 3/14 : Open Banking Whitepaper

Hello all

Final comments are due TODAY 3/14 for the Open Banking Whitepaper, lead edited by Dave Tonge.

We will conform comments with a target to publish 3/16 and distribute the updated paper to NIST, and to other (20+) markets evaluating Open Banking.
