[Openid-specs-fapi] JARM - Intention to move to final version

 Dear FAPI Working Group

As discussed on recent calls we'd like to move towards a final version of
the JARM specification:
https://bitbucket.org/openid/fapi/src/master/Financial_API_JWT_Secured_Authorization_Response_Mode.md

Before we begin the formal review process, we would like to invite working
group members to review the current draft and provide feedback. We are
especially interested in the experience of implementers of the
specification.

Positive feedback is welcome via email, but any issues or suggestions would
be good to be opened as issues on the issue tracker:
https://bitbucket.org/openid/fapi/issues so that we can keep track of them.
