[Openid-specs-fapi] Request for Feedback on OIDF's Response to NISTIR 8389 & Draft FAPI White Paper

Hello all,


As has been discussed on recent FAPI WG calls, NIST in the US recently published the "NISTIR 8389 (Draft) Cybersecurity Considerations for Open Banking Technology and Emerging Standards"<https://csrc.nist.gov/publications/detail/nistir/8389/draft> and invited comments.


Dave Tonge has taken the lead on the Foundation's response to NIST based on feedback to date. Additionally, Dave has drafted a FAPI white paper that will accompany (as "draft') the Foundation's response to NIST tomorrow, Thursday, March 3rd.


This is to request feedback on both the draft white paper and the response to NIST, which follows the draft white paper: https://docs.google.com/document/d/18i1f-lYd7VgAyw_2vYZChlFcSZwG_yK_epF7wAJkBaw/edit#heading=h.o66ldbq1qca8 Feedback on the NIST cover letter is priority as we have to submit tomorrow. We welcome comments on the white paper for the next week or two before we finalize and publish.
