[Openid-specs-fapi] Meeting today

SAMA have asked for some guidance on which version of FAPI they should
mandate for implementation and conformance/certifcation.

We have written a recommendations paper for them and any other ecosystems
looking to implement FAPI

Will share at the w/g today and we can gather feedback over the next week
or so.
