[Openid-specs-fapi] Meeting today

I am one of the folks that'll be at the OAuth WG side meeting so won't make
the FAPI call today. The way you mention the "SAMA situation" sort of
suggests that it's something well known but I must admit I have no idea
what it is about. Is there any more context that can be shared?
