[Openid-specs-fapi] Meeting today

Since we are overlapping with OAuth WG side meeting at IETF 114, we may
have considerably small participation but as there are a few issues such as
SAMA situation to be discussed, we will go ahead and have a call. It could
be a shorter as well.
