[Openid-specs-fapi] FAPI 2.0 Spec Status and Remaining Issues

Dear WG

It would be great to get the FAPI 2.0 drafts to their next versions asap
(we were targeting April...)

Here are the outstanding issues / PRs, hopefully we can go through them on
the next call.

For the Attacker Model, we have two open issues:

   -

For FAPI 2.0 Message Signing, we have three issues (two of which have PRs):

For FAPI 2.0 Security Profile, we have 5 issues:

   (I propose this is closed, but that appropriate tests are added to the
   conformance test suite)

   (needs discussion)
   -
   https://bitbucket.org/openid/fapi/issues/507/fapi2s-45-differences-to-fapi-10
   (awaiting PR)

   https://bitbucket.org/openid/fapi/issues/465/align-the-chapter-etc-structure-to-fapi-1
   (proposed we close)
