It looks as though the new digest-headers draft spec is introducing a Content-Digest header [https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/ietf-http-wg/2021AprJun/0221.html](https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/ietf-http-wg/2021AprJun/0221.html) which would probably be more appropriate than Digest in SHMIP \(particularity for responses\) and other HTTP signature schemes.
