Joseph Heenan:

The current certification tests never include `nbf` in request objects.

As FAPI-Advanced-Final includes `nbf` as mandatory the intention is to also include `nbf` in the request objects in some \(but not all\) of the existing id2 tests, as there will be interoperability issues if servers don’t accept `nbf`.

\(I don’t really expect any servers to fail because of the inclusion of `nbf`, this is just advanced warning of the change so that no one is caught unaware. If anyone objects please add a comment to this issue.\)
