[Openid-specs-fapi] Call for adoption of the Grant Management draft

Dear FAPIers:

In the call today, the callers agreed to recommend the adoption of
Grant Management for OAuth 2.0 Draft [1].

This specification defines an extension of OAuth 2.0 [RFC6749] to allow
clients to explicitly manage their grants with the authorization server.
This behaviour has come up consistently across jurisdictions and having a
standardized way to do so seem to deliver a good value to the community as
a whole.

If you disagree with adopting this draft as a WG item, please send a reply
to this email with reasons. If there is no objection with reasonable
reasons, then the draft will be formally adopted in a week time.
