[Openid-specs-fapi] FAPI-CIBA final pull requests

Hi all,

Many thanks for everyone’s input on the call on Wednesday.

There are pull requests open that should resolve all the issues (except intent lodging) we want to solve for the first implementors draft of FAPI-CIBA here:

Any comments on these pull requests would be greatly appreciated ASAP; even simple comments of “I agree” or “I do not object” are incredibly valuable.
