https://openid.net/specs/openid-financial-api-part-1-ID2.html#public-client contains a broken link to part 2 in "shall support [RFC7636] or the mechanisms defined in” - I think this should just point at https://openid.net/specs/openid-financial-api-part-2-ID2.html

I'm not sure exactly how we can fix that though, either in ID2 or going forwards.
