[Openid-specs-fapi] Friendly reminder and the draft agenda for July 24 call

Regretfully, I'm unable to make this call. But here's a quick update from
me:

I've had some time to put in some issues and PRs on CIBA. It's a work in
progress. But some progress is being made.

I also recently became aware of this work out of the SECEVENT WG in the
IETF:
https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-ietf-secevent-subject-identifiers/
about subject identifiers.

Maybe others are already aware of it and just I'm out of touch (wouldn't be
the first time). But it seemed like potentially relevant work that could be
leveraged in profiling of the login_hint_token in CIBA for FAPI/OB needs.
So I wanted to send along a pointer to the draft.
