[Openid-specs-fapi] Berlin Group publishes Version 1.0 of the NextGenPSD2 Framework

I only just peaked at some of that but the below example screenshotted from
one of the specs suggests that the OAuth content is rather problematic
(i.e. incorrect parameter names using 'camel case' and some invalid values
for the PKCE parameters).
