[Openid-specs-fapi] issue data from the UK OB ecosystem

Hi all,

I'm afraid it's another slightly depressing message from me, although I'm sharing this in the hope that it shows how things can go wrong and where there is room for improvement:

For various reasons that I won't go into, a bunch of the UK companies that are using the openbanking APIs have started recording the issues they've seen with banks' implementations in a public bug tracker:

I love seeing this level of transparency, sharing and openness - there's some very interesting things in there, and it's already inspired a few extra tests in the conformance suite, as well as a potential improvement we can make to the FAPI part 2 spec: https://bitbucket.org/openid/fapi/issues/152/request-objects-should-have-iat-and-exp
