[Openid-specs-fapi] FAPI/OB relation to W3C Payment Request

WorldPay is trying to use UK's Open Banking with W3C's Payment Request API.

They seem to be pretty alone with this effort.

I find this somewhat strange, wasn't one of the core the intentions enabling on-line payments?

BTW, Open Banking and STET describe the flows with a Merchant, I can't find that in the FAPI documents.
