[Openid-specs-fapi] Issue 72: naming of x-fapi-customer-last-logged-time header

Hi all,

On today's call we discussed https://bitbucket.org/openid/fapi/issues/79/part-1-issues-with-x-fapi-customer-last <https://bitbucket.org/openid/fapi/issues/79/part-1-issues-with-x-fapi-customer-last>, particularly point 2).

The new header name 'x-fapi-auth-date' was felt as the most concise way to clearly indicate the purpose (the time the customer/user most recently authenticated), but Nat was keen to check with the mailing list if there were any other thoughts. Please let us know if so.
