Nat Sakimura:

CustomerId is only used once in this document as in: 

    sub value equal to the value of the CustomerId of the Customer object 
    corresponding to the authenticated user and optional 

It is not defined as Customer object has gone to part 4. 
It probably is best to drop the reference to CustomerId here. 
Part 4 could state in the note this fact.
