[Openid-specs-fapi] Aligning Error responses with RFC7807 Problem Details for HTTP APIs?

I was wondering: should we align the error response with RFC7807 [1]?

Our Part 4 certainly has more details but where it makes sense it might 
be a good idea to align and extend.

What do you think?
