The PISP concept as a means to perform consumer payments is clearly not going anywhere in Scandinavia.

Will it be a hit in the UK?  Would it possible having this somewhat controversial topic as a FAPI agenda point?

If so, I would recommend reading https://github.com/cyberphone/saturn/blob/master/PSD2.md#purpose-of-psd2 which describes some reasons to why APIs for "Banking" may not be the universal payment solution as once thought.  Please don't bother with "Saturn", that's another discussion and topic :-)
