[Openid-specs-fapi] Invitation Mail for the WG Meeting

Hi 

I just noticed that if I create a calendar invite from my Calendar, it
will show some items in Japanese. Hopefully, you can understand them by
opening the .ics file. 

It is the same thing as it appears in the WG calendar on
http://openid.net/wg/fapi/ so please refer to it.
