I went ahead and submitted an issue -

I hope this is in the correct location. We are moving ahead with
discussions with financial supervisory authorities regarding
compliance with AMLD5 and how this spec closes a big loophole that money
launderers have been exploiting. There is a great deal of interest at the
Central Bank of Ireland and also at the UKs FCA
Work on a supporting policy framework kicks off on March 11 and I will be
involving the EU Better INternet for Kids - network of internet safety
centras mostly in Europe but als in other parts of the world.
