This is a link to a VPR (Verification of Parental Responsibility) section

It's a first draft, and all feedback is most welcome.

I have included information regarding selective disclosure and how we might
address the data protection and privacy requirements, which will be
critical to highlight to address the concerns of regulators. This
information may already be detailed in separate documents, that can be
referenced individually. I'm still relatively new to OIDF and not yet
familiar with the rules and conventions. I thought it would be useful to
put all of the ideas into one document, which is related to an
explanatory deck which is currently under development
