[OpenID-Specs-eKYC-IDA] Attachments draft and implementations

Hi Mark,

Authlete has long offered functionality to support OIDC4IDA's External
Attachments. (cf. Service.isAccessTokenForExternalAttachmentEmbedded()
<https://authlete.github.io/authlete-java-common/com/authlete/common/dto/Service.html#isAccessTokenForExternalAttachmentEmbedded()>
)

However, we have not created a demo for External Attachments so far. If an
issue like FAPI ISSUE 633 <https://bitbucket.org/openid/fapi/issues/633>
(Implementations of FAPI2 Message Signing - Particularly HTTP Message
Signatures) is created in the eKYC-IDA WG's Issue Tracker, we will provide
information once the demo is ready.
