[OpenID-Specs-eKYC-IDA] eKYC & IDA WG Co-chair update

Hi All,

Just to share that the eKYC&IDA WG has had a change of co-chairs.  On behalf of the WG I would like to thank Torsten Lodderstedt and Tony Nadalin for their leadership and contributions over the last 4 years.

I would also like to welcome Hodari McLain who is stepping up as a new co-chair. I look forward to continuing the work with him and Naohiro Fujie as my fellow co-chairs.
