Esteemed eKYC-IDA WG Members,

Please find attached the draft ISO PAS Submission for Identity Assurance 1.0

specifications.
I have linked the google docs version for better collaboration and to
capture any feedback inline--please use comments for any suggested changes.

Please do not hesitate to reach out to me directly if there are any access
issues, but doc should be open to all with the link.

I have received initial feedback from Gail and Mark and plan to submit for
preview to ISO as soon as possible.  The OpenID Foundation would like to
formally submit the package to ISO once the review period for final is up
in September, so please try and provide any feedback by mid-September.
