     *   Address any last items for improvement (outstanding PRs and issues)
     *   Last call e-mail to WG mailing list
     *   Address any feedback
     *   Check referenced specs have correct dates
     *   Update copyright date
     *   Remove document history appendix
     *   Publish with new version number and date
Propose we pause this track for now as we re-structure the document?
