[OpenID-Specs-eKYC-IDA] Education/Work

Hi John,

For your information, there's an activity in Japan related to the IDA in
the education sector.
In Japan the National Institute of Informatics, which is operating an
identity federation for Japanese universities and managing the trust
framework there, are defining the next version of trust framework this
calendar year. So I wrote a draft spec for them to adopt IDA spec to
present their new trust framework in the federation.
But as you know in the educational sector they use the Shibboleth Identity
server with SAML protocol, so I bound the IDA spec schema to SAML assertion
to future convergence from SAML to OIDC.
If you have any interest in the activities in Japan, I will let you know in
detail.
