[OpenID-Specs-eKYC-IDA] Additional Co-Authors

Hi all, 

in the last call, we discussed to extend the list of co-authors of the OpenID Connect 4 Identity Assurance Spec. 

The following WG members were suggested:
- Alberto Pulido
- Kosuke Koiwai
- Mark Haine
- Kai Lehmann

By adding them to the list of co-authors we want to express our appreciation for the contributions of those WG members to the OpenID Connect 4 Identity Assurance Spec and illustrate the broad and international membership of our working group.

Please let us know if you are objecting against this proposal by 14th of Nov latest.
