[OpenID-Specs-eKYC-IDA] eKYC-IDA Implementations

Hello Torsten,

I had a chat with Azure this morning and she said that she just started to
implement eKYC & IDA onto their product, but she would like to join the
interoperability test if their development timeline matches.
