[OpenID-Specs-eKYC-IDA] OpenID Connect 4 Identity Assurance ready for publication?

Hi all, 

in the WG call today we discussed the current status of https://openid.net/specs/openid-connect-4-identity-assurance-1_0.html and came up with the following assessment:

The main topics the working is working on right now are legal entities and expressions. The assessment we came up with is that both topics are relevant for OpenID Connect in general and should go into separate specs. 

The spec is stable for quite some time and has been implemented in a number of places. I therefore proposed to move OIDC4IDA forward and start the process towards publication. 

Please let us know whether you object against moving the spec forward towards publication until Sep 8th.
