Marcos Sanz:

time claim within verification element is defined as

_“Time stamp in ISO 8601:2004 format representing the date and time when identity verification took place”_

The id\_document evidence has also a time claim:

_“Time stamp in ISO 8601:2004 format representing the date when this ID document was verified”_

If both are not the same a clearer distinction for usage guidance is needed.
