<p class="MsoNormal"> Brian asked why "security and privacy" are in the charter text<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"> John replied that those are there so that we're mindful of them<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"> Mike said that we will need to pay attention to the privacy consideration sections in the Token Binding documents<o:p></o:p></p>
