[OpenID-specs-EAP] EAP repository migrated to Git

I believe that we've successfully migrated the EAP repository to Git.  It's located at https://bitbucket.org/openid/eap/.  The old repository was renamed to https://bitbucket.org/openid/eap.mercurial/.
